A Family Tradition of Compassionate Care
Araville Residential Care Home was founded in 2002 by Dorie Paniza with a vision to make a meaningful difference in the elderly care industry by providing compassionate, personalized support in a true home setting.
Her son, Reigil Paniza, grew up surrounded by the family business and has been involved in senior care since childhood. In 2015, shortly after graduating high school, he stepped into a leadership role and began fully managing daily operations. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential care, Reigil continues the family mission of creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for every resident.
Inspired by Family
The heart behind Araville comes from personal experience. Growing up, Reigil was raised with the love and care of both of his grandmothers. Those early experiences shaped a deep respect for elders and a desire to give back.
As life becomes busier, many elderly individuals can feel overlooked or isolated. Araville was built to change that by creating a home like environment where every resident feels valued, remembered, and cared for like family.

Administrator Amie, along with her husband, has been part of Araville since the beginning over 20 years ago.

Caregiver Rudy has served residents for nearly 15 years.

Caregiver Mila has been with our home for over 8 years.
We maintain two caregivers present at all times, with additional administrative support daily from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Two caregivers live onsite, while others rotate shifts to maintain strong care coverage and healthy work life balance.
This consistency allows residents to build familiarity and trust with the people caring for them each day.

Owner Involvement & Family Communication
Reigil Paniza is personally involved in daily operations and resident care. His presence helps ensure consistent quality, compassionate support, and immediate responsiveness to resident needs.
Families communicate directly with management through phone or text, whichever they prefer, creating transparency and peace of mind.
